Licenced Breeder of Cocker Spaniels

I am in the process of applying to become a local authority licensed home breeder of English Working Cocker Spaniels. 

This would mean my family home and husbandry will need to be inspected by a professional veterinarian and have to meet all requirements to qualify to breed puppies under the new animal welfare act.
